Tiny homes are deeply personal and individual living spaces. What works for someone, might not work for you. We like to take the time to consult you throughout your tiny house journey to create a truly unique home tailored to you.

Below are some questions we hear often. However, please reach out to us if you have something else you’d like to know.

How long does it take to build a Tiny Home?

As we are a small team, currently build time is around 4 months, however this depends on the complexity and size of your project. A smaller more straight-forward project may be quicker, a larger more elaborate design may take longer.

How much will a Tiny Home cost?

Tiny homes generally cost from $130,000, but again, this depends on the size and complexity of your project. Some clients opt for a partial completion - with the aim to get involved and finish their home themselves.

Do you offer delivery?

We can arrange delivery to just about anywhere in NZ.

What makes your Tiny Homes different?

Our particular focus is on creating Tiny Homes that you can truly enjoy living in. For us this means a focus on functional features - a bedroom you can stand and get dressed in, stairs that don’t require hands to climb, places to sit and eat, a bathroom with space to dry off and enough kitchen bench space to make a decent meal.
We also love working with recycled and native timbers and materials, organic shapes and features, and using clever space-saving ideas.

I am based outside of the Waikato - can I employ you to do a job here at my home?

Best to get in touch and see if we have availability. Some projects can be partially done in our home-based workshop, then installed in a couple of visits.

I’m seriously interested in working with you on a project, what’s the next step?

Contact us! We enjoy taking time to talk to our potential clients to see if we will be a good working match. It’s important that we understand each other and that we both feel confident we can create what you have in mind.
